penelec eletric Complaint
Customer Service awful!
More recently, I called inquiring about how my 500 square foot apartment, which I am never home in, have no tv, dishwasher or any other electric guzzling things, could my bill be over $200 the last several mobths. Claiming I used about 2000 kwh of electric. Even my landlady said this was wrong and there is no way.
The woman I spoke with, I think her name is sara, gave me such an attitude when I asked for someone to come replace my neter (as requested by landlady) she gave me a roundabout then said no one could come out for about 30 days...
she told me to stop talking because she was trying to explain something to me, which she had just explained.
All in all nothing got done, I was basically told screw you.
Ps, my heat has not been even close to over 60 all winter. The heat is also shut off in one of the rooms here.
How!?
If I could use another company, I would. Penelec customer service is the most awful I have ever seen !
